non-ferrous metals;

Electric installation
Marking of places of fastening of electrical equipment, cable routes, tightening, laying and fastening of trunk cables on ships. Tightening, laying and fastening of local (connecting) cables in the premises of ships especially saturated with electrical equipment. Cutting and entering cable ends into electrical equipment, contact and protective termination of cable cores and the inclusion of complex ship circuits. Inclusion, check in work, adjustment and delivery of generators, electric machine converters of direct and alternating current with automatic control of parameters. Identification of damage to stranded cable. Dismantling, repair and assembly with checking and adjustment of electric machines, DC and AC converters of great power and complexity. Switching and inclusion of complex circuits of marine electrical equipment. Reading complex schematic and wiring diagrams, drawings of the sewage system of electric power, the location of cable routes, devices and apparatuses, as well as wiring diagrams for connecting and turning on electric drives, switchgears. Checking the operation mode of electromechanisms. Control measurements, identification and elimination of defects and elimination of defects in the operation of electromechanisms. Detection, preparation of repair lists and repair of complex marine electrical equipment, measuring instruments, telephony devices, protective device circuits, alarm systems and automation.

Assembly of hulls of metal ships
Assembly, marking, verification, contouring of large-sized planar sections with complex curvature, block sections of a multi-tier superstructure, large-sized block sections for the middle part of the vessel, volume sections with curved contours and small volume sections of the ends of vessels with complex contours.
Formation of the ship’s hull on a slipway or in a dock from sections (planar bulky and bulky with complex curvature, bulky bulky at the ends with complex contours), block sections for the middle part of the hull.
Marking, checking, and contouring of hull structures during slipway assembly and repair using optical instruments, as well as the installation of saturation parts on structures with complex curvature.
Assembly, testing of beds, conductors and tilters for the assembly of large structures with complex contours. Assembly, marking, checking, contouring of cast constructions (stubs, rudder feathers, propeller shaft brackets, clap bodies). Installation, repair, marking, checking, alignment, joining and crimping of the outer sheathing sheets and the set of cast outer structures. Dismantling, repair, manufacturing and installation of sheets of outer skin with complex curvature. It is flexible in fan-shaped and sail-shaped sheets and profile rolled products with a variable radius of curvature in the cold and hot state during ship repair. Editing by any method of complex hull structures from steels and alloys up to 6 mm thick. Hydraulic tests of hull structures with pressure over 2.0 to 4.0 MPa (over 20 to 40 kgf / sq. Cm) and pneumatic pressure up to 0.05 MPa (up to 0.5 kgf / sq. Cm) and pressure over 0.3 up to 1.0 MPa (over 3 to 10 kgf / sq. cm) with the elimination of identified deficiencies. Team leadership in the sectional and block method of building ships.

Pipe processing
Full production of pipes from various grades of steel and alloys with a diameter over 76 to 150 mm, pipes from corrosion-resistant steels and strong alloys with a diameter up to 76 mm. Detection, repair, assembly, installation, hydraulic testing of valves, pipelines and systems with a diameter of up to 258 mm and a pressure of over 1.5 to 10.0 MPa (over 15 to 100 kgf / sq. Cm) and a diameter of over 108 to 258 mm with a pressure of up to 1 , 5 MPa (up to 15 kgf / sq. Cm), except for special systems and pipelines, and pneumatic tests with pressure over 1.0 to 5.0 MPa (over 10 to 50 kgf / sq. Cm) on ships.
